01 · Problem

A US telemedicine platform ran on WooCommerce. HIPAA requirements (immutable logs kept for 6 years, a WAF, ad tracking without personal data) were hard to meet and maintain on that foundation.

02 · Solution

We wrote application v2 on AWS: OpenLiteSpeed, PHP 8.5, PostgreSQL and Redis. Logs go to S3 with Object Lock (WORM, 6 years), traffic passes through ModSecurity with the OWASP CRS rules, payments run on Stripe. Ad tracking works without passing on personal data.

03 · Result

2,608 accounts moved to the new application. 49 e-mail templates fixed systematically rather than one by one. Over 35 SEO redirects so search traffic did not drop after the switch.

AnonymisationClient data anonymised. Company name, numbers and screenshots are published only with consent.
