Contact form

When you send a message, I receive your name, e-mail address, optional phone number, topic and message by e-mail. I use them only to reply and to continue the conversation you started (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Messages are kept as long as needed for the correspondence and any resulting cooperation.

The newsletter is sent with Mailcraft (mailcraft.eu, data stored in the EU). After you sign up you get a confirmation e-mail; you are only subscribed after confirming (double opt-in). Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Every e-mail has an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

Booking a call

Bookings use our own Cal.com instance at calendar.web-systems.pl. The calendar loads only after you click the booking button. When you book, the name, e-mail address and notes you enter are used to arrange and hold the meeting (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Calls take place via Jitsi (meet.jit.si).

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no analytics and no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser only remembers the light/dark theme you chose (localStorage, it never leaves your device). Logged-in editors get WordPress session cookies.

Recipients

Data is processed by the hosting provider of this site and of calendar.web-systems.pl (servers in the EU) and, for the newsletter, by Mailcraft. Data is not sold or transferred outside the EEA.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing of your data, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to biuro@web-systems.pl. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes UODO, uodo.gov.pl).
